Primary Job Scope:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product information and technical support.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Upsell or cross-sell products to customers.
- Show leadership potential for future roles in the support team.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
- Multilingual abilities are required.
