Deskripsi Kerja
Join Sperton as a Customer Support Representative! In this role, you will handle inbound communications from customers about Grab services, payment issues, and feedback. Key responsibilities include assisting with customer inquiries via calls, emails, and live chat.
Requirements:
- Proficient in English (both spoken and written).
- Open to SPM leavers and fresh graduates; full training provided.
Salary Package:
- Basic Salary: RM2,100, total potential salary up to RM2,800 per month.
Working hours include rotational shifts, 9 hours a day with 1-hour break, 6 days a week.
