Deskripsi Kerja
Lead member servicing for benefit inquiries and the pre-claim journey via phone and live chat. Deliver timely solutions, escalate or resolve complex cases, prepare monthly rosters, and coach the team to meet SLAs. Requires 3+ years in insurance/financial customer service, healthcare insurance knowledge, excellent Cantonese communication, strong integrity, analytical and cross-department collaboration skills.
