Join our IT Consulting Company as a Customer Support Specialist! You will provide exceptional customer service, understand customer needs, and improve the overall customer experience. Requirements: diploma or higher, fluency in Mandarin, at least 1 year of experience in the Telco industry, and excellent communication skills. A friendly demeanor and problem-solving abilities are essential.
Job Type: Permanent | Pay: RM3,500.00 – RM4,00.00 per month | Schedule: Monday to Friday, Rotational shifts, Weekend jobs
