Deskripsi Kerja
Nextlabs (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will address customer queries promptly via phone, email, or chat. Responsibilities include updating databases and collaborating with other departments to find effective solutions.
We’re looking for candidates with customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude. A BSc in Information Technology or relevant diploma is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent | Pay: RM2,800.00 – RM3,00.00/month | Benefits: Health insurance | Schedule: Rotational shift
