Deskripsi Kerja
Duties:
- Provide exceptional technical support to customers with empathy and professionalism.
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions proactively.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Measure customer satisfaction and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or higher preferred.
- IT support experience required.
- Fluency in Japanese is a must.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in technical support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM9,00.00 – RM11,00.00 per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday
