Swiftmode Malaysia (Penang) Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Assistant to join our team.
Requirements:
- Fluent written communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Computer literate.
- Able to work independently with confidentiality and organization.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Job Description:
- Assist with daily sales activities and respond to distributor inquiries.
- Process orders and update distributors on shipping timelines.
- Prepare work orders and commercial invoices.
- Coordinate with QA on distributor rejections.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,800.00 – RM3,500.00 per month
