Deskripsi Kerja

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at ACCELSKILL ACADEMY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming calls, addressing students’ and parents’ queries, and efficiently resolving any issues that may arise. This role also involves handling all incoming emails, WhatsApp messages, and other media inquiries to ensure excellent customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Starting from RM1,800.00 per month
