We are seeking a motivated and experienced Cybersecurity Support Analyst to join our team at an IT Consulting Company. As a vital part of our cybersecurity efforts, you will be responsible for whitelisting and blacklisting domains and email addresses, conducting message trace analysis, and managing policy quarantines. Your role will also involve monitoring and analyzing SPAM and phishing emails, as well as collaborating with customers on specific requests. You will perform routine health checks on Microsoft services and generate monthly reports. A strong background in endpoint security, vulnerability scanning, and email security solutions is essential.
