Responsibilities:
- Data analysis on operation SOT, TAT, and long tail.
- Service adoption tracking.
- Cost-saving spending analysis and expense tracking.
- Quality and operations tracking for test card development and vendor TAT.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Business Analytics or Data Science.
- Basic knowledge of database management.
- Experience with Excel Macro and Power BI.
