Deskripsi Kerja
Join Solarvest as a Part-Time Data Entry Clerk! This role is essential in maintaining data integrity across our finance systems and supporting daily operations within the Finance Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input and update financial data accurately.
- Organize digital and physical financial documents.
- Assist with month-end closing activities.
- Collaborate with departments to validate financial information.
- Perform data checks for completeness and accuracy.
- Ensure confidentiality of financial data.
- Provide general administrative support to the Finance team.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in Accounting or related field.
- 1-2 years of data entry or finance experience preferred.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
- Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
