Deskripsi Kerja

We are assisting our client, ManpowerGroup, in hiring a Junior Executive (Collections) for their financial institution located in Klang.

Role: Junior Executive (Collections)

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 2 Saturdays per month

Salary Range: RM 3,00 – RM 5,00 + incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers with overdue car loan payments.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and advise on repayment plans.
• Update records accurately in the system.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma required.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• 1 year of experience in collections or customer service is preferred.
