Full Job Description:

• Minimize defaults and bad debts of loans.
• Manage daily productivity in attempts, contacts, and collections.
• Contact customers for payment reminders and manage accounts.
• Utilize phone collection techniques and follow corporate guidelines.

Job Requirements:

• No experience required, freshers are welcome.
• Team collaboration skills are essential.
• Independent work and time management abilities are a must.
