Deskripsi Kerja
Job Summary: Prepare food in accordance with Hatten Hotel’s standards of food quality, presentation, and sanitation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute daily procedures according to Hatten Hotel protocols.
- Complete Daily Fridge Temperature Chart and Hot Food Cooling Chart.
- Ensure food quality aligns with standardized recipes.
- Properly label, cover, and date all refrigerated items.
- Adhere to sanitary practices and maintain cleanliness.
- Report maintenance needs to the Sous Chef.
