A Demi Chef is responsible for running a specific section of the kitchen (wok, grill, sauté) and ensuring dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
Key Tasks:
– Prepare and present dishes
– Supervise junior chefs
– Maintain hygiene and food quality
– Monitor portion control
– Keep your station organized.
Requirements:
2-3 years in a professional kitchen.
