Klinik Pergigian Aidentist is seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Clinic Receptionist. The job responsibilities include:
- Welcoming patients upon arrival
- Managing the schedules and appointments for doctors and patients
- Answering patient inquiries via phone and WhatsApp
- Providing exceptional customer service to all patients
- Performing administrative tasks at the clinic
- Instructing patients on medication and dental care
