The Role
As the Director of Compensation and Benefits at WTW, you will lead our human capital consulting efforts, maximizing commercial opportunities. Your responsibilities include assessing the marketplace, developing strategic business plans, managing consultant teams, coordinating marketing efforts, and nurturing top talent.
The Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Human Capital leadership; consulting experience preferred.
- Track record of securing new business at senior management levels.
- Experience in financial planning with a focus on revenue growth.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Proven leadership abilities in high-performing consulting environments.
