Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain positive relationships with homeowners through exceptional service.
- Oversee the Vacant Possession (VP) handover process.
- Serve as the main contact for homeowners, explaining house readiness and guiding them through the VP and settlement process.
- Manage customer expectations and coordinate rectification works, ensuring homeowner support.
- Utilize strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills to effectively resolve issues.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Land Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Pay: From RM2,800.00 per month
