You will lead consulting efforts, manage projects for key clients in Singapore and South Asia, and develop trusted advisor relationships. Key responsibilities include driving business development, leading a team of consultants, and enhancing our intellectual capital in executive compensation and board advisory. We’re seeking candidates with a minimum of 10 years of experience in rewards and compensation, adept in tax, corporate finance, and governance requirements. A strong history of new business generation and client relationship skills is essential.
