Marriott International, Inc. is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Human Resources to lead our HR team. This key position will develop and implement HR policies that align with our organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
Applicants must possess a minimum of 8 years of relevant HR experience, including 3 years in a managerial role. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is required; a Master’s degree or HR certification is preferred.
