Qualifications:
- 8+ years of work experience, preferably in BPO quality domain
- Senior managerial experience leading large teams across multiple processes
- Experience handling multiple campaigns as Quality Lead
Responsibilities:
- Be the primary point of contact for clients regarding Quality/Compliance
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships to align quality audits with operational success
- Lead a team of quality managers to enhance employee skills
- Direct quality teams in India responsible for audits and compliance
