This full-time management position oversees both passive and proactive sales activities in a hotel with over 300 rooms and significant local dining revenues. You will lead a team to achieve sales targets, manage marketing budgets, and implement brand strategies, focusing on long-lasting customer relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a two-year degree in Business Administration or related fields with 4 years of relevant experience, or a four-year degree with 2 years of experience. Strong sales abilities and leadership skills are preferred.
