Join us as a Distribution Coordinator responsible for overseeing inbound and outbound shipments, scheduling carriers, coordinating with warehouse teams, and monitoring inventory levels to ensure timely delivery. You will track orders, resolve transportation issues, maintain shipping documentation, and enforce safety and compliance standards. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, experience with WMS or ERP systems, and proficiency in Excel. Candidates should have 2+ years in logistics or distribution, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. A problem-solving mindset and customer service orientation are essential; occasional physical duties may be required.
