Deskripsi Kerja
World Vision Malaysia is seeking a dedicated Donor Retention Executive responsible for engaging supporters through excellent service. You will play a vital role in creating and maintaining positive relationships with our child sponsors.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to queries from child sponsors.
- Liaise with sponsors regarding contributions.
- Provide updates on sponsored children’s status.
- Build rapport to retain sponsors’ loyalty.
- Manage data entry in our database.
Qualifications:
- Minimum SPM with 2 years experience.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
