Deskripsi Kerja
Join the Ixora Hotel, Penang as a Duty Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing all operations related to the Front Office and Reception area during your shift. Your role includes maintaining high-quality reservations, receptionist procedures, and statistics. You will provide accurate information to guests and staff and ensure the Reception area is always attended.
Additionally, familiarity with Fire and Emergency procedures is essential. Personal presentation and adherence to the hotel uniform code are also required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 – RM2,800.00 per month
