We are seeking a Duty Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a team, ensure guest satisfaction, handle incidents, and coordinate with departments to maintain service standards. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing shifts, enforcing safety and compliance, resolving customer issues, and reporting performance. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in hospitality or facilities management, strong leadership, excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and flexibility to work shifts. Proven ability to prioritize, train staff, and make quick decisions under pressure required.
