Deskripsi Kerja

We are hiring a Duty Manager responsible for overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring excellent guest experience. Duties include coordinating shifts, resolving customer issues, enforcing safety and quality standards, managing incidents, and liaising with departments to meet targets. Ideal candidate has 3+ years supervisory experience in hospitality or retail, strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills, and availability for rotating shifts.
