Deskripsi Kerja
Join our team at Mercure Penang Beach as a Duty Manager! In this role, you will conduct daily briefings, manage staff tasks for quality service delivery, and oversee Front Desk operations.
Your responsibilities include analyzing workflows, reviewing rate variance reports, and communicating effectively with the Front Office Manager. You will also handle guest issues and coordinate with other departments.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of RM3,00.00 – RM3,500.00 per month, along with health insurance and professional development opportunities.
