Deskripsi Kerja
We are seeking a dedicated Duty Manager to oversee the daily operations at Rest Red House Melaka. Key responsibilities include supervising receptionists and bellhops to ensure exceptional customer service, conducting on-the-job training, and managing the Property Management System (PMS). You will assist guests with check-ins/outs and address complaints in a calm, effective manner.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience, possess excellent communication skills, and be detail-oriented in customer service. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 – RM3,500.00 per month
