At JEN Penang Georgetown by Shangri-La, a world-class hotel designed for today’s savvy business and leisure travelers, we are seeking a resourceful Duty Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee daily operations and enhance guest experiences.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Front Office department within an international chain hotel and possess a Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management. Familiarity with the Opera System is essential.
