Yang Mau Sien Trading is seeking a motivated E-commerce Admin Assistant to join our team. Your main responsibilities include:
- Answering customer inquiries on platforms like Shopee and Lazada.
- Handling customer calls and online chats.
- Identifying customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
- Recommending suitable products.
- Managing complaints and providing timely resolutions.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills required.
Salary: RM1,800.00 to RM4,00.00 per month. Open to fresh graduates and applicants with no experience.
