At ZONG XUN EMBROIDERY & MARKETING, we are seeking a motivated E-commerce Customer Service Assistant. Your role will include answering customer inquiries related to online shopping at Shopee and Lazada, identifying customer needs, and providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
Ideal candidates possess excellent communication skills, are adept at managing time, and can multi-task efficiently. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential. We welcome candidates with or without prior experience.
