Location: Bandar Kinrara, Puchong, near Alam Sutera LRT Station.

ALL IT Hypermarket Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated E-Commerce Customer Service Officer. This role involves ensuring customer satisfaction, managing inquiries via live chat, email, and phone, coordinating orders, and addressing warranty issues.

Requirements: Diploma in any field, IT product knowledge is a plus, available for weekend and shift work. Fresh graduates are welcome!

Compensation: RM2,00.00 – RM3,00.00/month plus benefits.
