Deskripsi Kerja

Location: HQ Taman Teknologi Cheng, Melaka

Working Hours: Thursday to Friday (8:30 AM – 5 PM) / Off Friday

Job Description:

• Resolve complaints and handle service issues.
• Update customer records in Google Sheets.
• Assist with orders from various platforms.
• Help prepare samples for marketing events.
• Analyze feedback on products.

Requirements: Strong problem-solving skills and prior customer service experience.
