Deskripsi Kerja
Company: Jonker Casing Haus
Location: HQ Taman Merdeka Permai, Melaka
Working Hours: Monday to Sunday (12am – 8.30am) / off Thursday
Job Description:
- Resolve customer complaints and service issues.
- Update customer records in Google Sheets.
- Process orders from Shopee, TikTok Shop, and WhatsApp.
Requirements:
- Problem-solving skills.
- Customer interaction experience.
Pay: RM1,800.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
