Deskripsi Kerja
Core Responsibilities:
- Communicate with internal teams and customers for optimal fulfillment performance.
- Maintain close relationships with clients; address issues in a timely manner.
- Create manual orders for B2C and B2B business.
- Manage inbound and outbound E-commerce operations.
- Monitor daily data on Out of Stock (OOS) products and report to customers.
- Assist in inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical problems related to E-commerce channels.
- Chinese language proficiency required for customer communication.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
Expected Start Date: 10/01/2024
