Deskripsi Kerja
Online Assistant Duties:
- Manage and fulfill online orders through our e-commerce platform.
- Respond to online customer inquiries promptly via email, chat, and social media.
- Update product listings, including descriptions, pricing, and inventory.
- Assist with online marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer service tasks for online orders.
- Monitor and manage online reviews and feedback.
Location: Bandar Puteri Puchong
Working Hours: 9am – 6pm (Mon – Sat)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: RM2,200.00 – RM2,800.00 per month
Benefits: Additional leave, maternity leave.
Keperluan
