Requirements:

• Min SPM/SKM/DIPLOMA/UEC
• Age: 20-40 years old
• Able to start work immediately
• Able to work shifts
• Language Proficiency: Bahasa & English

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls, live chat, and emails on customer inquiries and feedback.
• Exceed customer expectations in service and information accuracy.

• Good computer literacy.
