Deskripsi Kerja
OCG is seeking a dynamic Employee Engagement Designer to create and implement wellness programs that support both physical and mental health. Key responsibilities include developing metrics to track the program’s effectiveness, coordinating diverse and inclusive wellness initiatives, and conducting employee surveys for feedback and improvement.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, innovative, and possess strong interpersonal skills to foster workplace relationships. Proficiency in data analysis and change management principles is essential. Fluency in English is required, while knowledge of Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) is an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract. Contract length: 3 months. Pay: From RM1,969.35 per month.
