Deskripsi Kerja
Job Description:
- Review content across social media platforms focusing on the Urdu market.
- Address user complaints and community reports.
- Apply complex policies and guidelines to content interpretation.
- Analyze data for workflow improvement opportunities.
- Evaluate community safety and incident risk levels.
- Available to work in rotating shifts (7×24).
- Exposure to sensitive content including violence and fake news.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
- Fluency in English and Malay is necessary.
Job Type: Contract (12 months) | Pay: RM3,200.00/month
