Deskripsi Kerja
Join JEV Management & Trading as an English Speaking Customer Relations Officer. We seek candidates with a minimum of a Diploma qualification, fluent in English, and ready to work full-time from 7am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, based in Petaling Jaya. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Your responsibilities will include handling inbound calls and live chats regarding customer inquiries, complaints, and product-related issues. We offer a competitive salary package of RM 3,00 to RM 4,00, along with EPF, SOCSO, annual and medical leave, and training with pay.
