Teleperformance is seeking a qualified English Trainer to deliver dynamic training programs. Qualifications:
- Education & Language:
- Diploma/Degree and above
- English proficiency at B2 CEFR level or higher (both verbal and written)
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Ability to adapt training content for diverse groups
- Proficient in training needs analysis and evaluation
Responsibilities:
- Deliver onboarding training and conduct refresher courses
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback
- Collaborate with teams to align training with business goals
