Deskripsi Kerja
iContro Software Sdn Bhd is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable ERP Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical support and assistance to end-users of our ERP system, focusing on troubleshooting, user training, and collaboration with IT departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support for ERP system issues.
- Assist with user onboarding and training.
- Document issues and system changes.
- Collaborate with the Support Team Leader and vendors.
- Conduct system audits and report metrics.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,037.91 – RM4,456.23 per month
