Deskripsi Kerja

Join our dynamic team at Optimum Ampang as an Event Assistant. In this role, you will report to the Supervisor and liaise between management and employees. You will be responsible for hiring and training new staff, developing training materials, and conducting workshops. Monitor individual and team performance metrics, provide technical guidance, and relay productivity concerns to the Supervisor. Additionally, assist with administrative tasks and participate in our management training program.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 – RM3,00.00 per month
