Deskripsi Kerja

Job Description:

• Verify and post supplier invoices into the accounting system accurately.
• Maintain communication with departmental personnel to support records and ensure compliance.
• Ensure smooth operation of daily transactions.
• Liaise with colleagues and external parties both domestically and internationally.
• Perform ad-hoc duties and administrative support as assigned.
• Prepare correspondence and respond to inquiries regarding account information.
• Escalate production issues to the team leader as needed.
• Conduct vendor reconciliation.
