Deskripsi Kerja
DHL is seeking a highly organized individual to join our team as an Executive in Credit Collection. This pivotal role supports the Finance Department by processing E-Inv error reports, maintaining Master Data, managing COD and cheque processing, and handling unidentified payments. Additional responsibilities include managing refund requests, cashiering tasks, and ensuring proper documentation.
Qualifications include a minimum Diploma in Accounting, 2+ years of credit collection experience, strong negotiation and analytical skills, fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
