Deskripsi Kerja

Job Description:

– Responsible for all inpatient and outpatient-related issues at the admission counter.

– Attend to patients’ needs, both pre and post-admission, including payment, insurance, bills, and GLs.

– Handle general inquiries about the hospital and the services offered.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma
• 1-2 years of experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage
• Basic calculation knowledge
