Deskripsi Kerja
Carlsberg is seeking a dedicated Executive Brewer responsible for overseeing the brewing process at our brewhouse in Shah Alam, MY. This role involves material intake, brewing panel operations, and wort cooling management, while upholding safety guidelines and excellence in the workplace.
Responsibilities include:
- Yeast pitching and raw material ordering
- Housekeeping and safety adherence
- Managing silo stock and contract employee tasks
- Conducting self-audits and minor maintenance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Food Technology or related field
- 3 years experience in food manufacturing (fresh graduates welcome)
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
