Deskripsi Kerja
Kuala Lumpur Pavilion Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled Executive in Human Resources. This role involves supporting and managing various HR functions, including staffing, employee relations, training, and payroll administration. Key responsibilities include managing recruitment, conducting employee inductions, addressing grievances, and planning engagement activities. A strong understanding of the Malaysian Employment Act and excellent communication skills are essential.
Requirements: Diploma/Degree in HR or equivalent, minimum 2 years in a relevant role, fluency in English, and strong organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: RM3,500.00 – RM4,500.00/month | Benefits: health insurance, cell phone reimbursement, and professional development opportunities.
