Deskripsi Kerja

Job Description:

  • Conduct orientation for new hires and ensure document completion.
  • Research and build applicant sources.
  • Create job advertisements to attract candidates.
  • Interview applicants and verify qualifications.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Conduct exit interviews.
  • Maintain talent pipeline records.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills.
