Role Purpose
Lead and manage daily recruitment operations for MAB and its subsidiaries while ensuring compliance with established policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with HR and business units to source, recruit, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Develop job descriptions and advertisements, manage recruitment activities, and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain recruitment portals and databases, generate recruitment reports, and ensure policy compliance.
Qualifications
Degree in Human Resources or a related field with 1-2 years of experience in HR.
Skills
Strong analytical, interpersonal, and presentation skills; good judgment and decision-making abilities.
